About the event

On Sunday, 1 March 2026, Jazz At The Lake returns to Blackburn Lake Park.

Creative Whitehorse (Whitehorse City Council) has again invited CMaP to choose the bands and manage the stage for this event. The Creative Whitehorse team was great to work with and we’re looking forward to this year’s event.

We have chosen a range of bands from traditional jazz to Latin jazz, to suit listeners and dancers of all ages. And our MC for the day will be 3AW’s Pat Panetta.

There’ll be vendors of food, ice cream, coffee and, for the first time, wine and beer, courtesy of McAdams Wine Bar. So, come and join us for afternoon tea AND dinner.

And keep an eye out for our CMaP volunteers who will engage with the audience, handing out flyers, taking photos and selling merchandise.

It all starts at 3:30pm, finishing at 7:30pm.
